Its a mix - some worship, some "Christian Rock" (for want of a better term!) and some secular - or at least, not about God directly.
This version of the album includes high quality .mp3 files as well as lossless wave files, which are CD quality. If you are still using CDs you can burn a CD for yourself. Many recent year vehicles will play the music directly from the USB stick (or "thumb drive").
